Responsibilities and Duties
- Email and Calendar Management (Google and Calendly)
- Stripe Payment Management
- Creating Facebook data backup every week and uploading to Google Drive
- Downloading Zoom recordings and uploading to Google Drive and deleting from Zoom to keep space clear
- Onboarding Clients when needed and assisting them through their subscription
- WordPress Account Management
- Uploading program recordings to the course platform (Funnelstreams)
- Social Media Content and Community Management
- Finding and booking venues for client events
- Scheduling social media content
Project Management Task
- Tracking client tasks and following up on client tasks where needed
- Creating and updating client projects
- Sourcing a part-time social media writer / blog writer to help on a per project basis
- Adding new connections on LinkedIn for clients
Techstack Proficiency
- Slack or ClickUp or Asana for team communication
- Funnelstreams
- Thinkific (all Thinkific content needs exporting over to Funnelstreams which I am now using for an all in one funnels and course platform)
- Canva and Illustrator for designing and editing basic design projects (PDFs, booklets, freebies, social media templates, etc)
- Hootsuite for social media scheduling
- Mailerlite for sending emails to lists
- Stripe and Xero for payments
