Qualifications

Minimum one (1) year of proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Effective communication and collaboration skills in a virtual environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Can work 8 hours a day and is flexible with the ability to work in different time zones if required.
Strong customer service orientation, interacting professionally with clients and colleagues.
Ability to adapt to changes in tasks or priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Openness to learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities.
Awareness and understanding of diverse cultures, capable of working with people from various backgrounds.
Comfortable with virtual assistant technology and quick to learn new tools and applications.
Basic understanding of project management tools and platforms.
