Responsibilities
- Answer emails, be savvy, and learn things like content fries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Managing appointment schedules and calendars of the client.
- Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Maximizing the client's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and effective customer service and support to our Clients.
- Other executive admin responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Has experience using the Tools: Zendesk, Canva, and Content Fries.
- EFSET C1/C2 English proficiency.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed.
- Excellent time management skills.
